Mobile users want to benefit from the same added value services in or out of the office. MobiQ® is the new companion for QuesCom Mobility Appliance. Installed on mobile phones it delivers all the power of voice and IP at your fingertips.
 
 

  Extend PBX features onto your mobile
MobiQ®, tight integration of the QuesCom Mobility Appliance, delivers Fixed to Mobile Convergence (FMC). Users keep using their mobile as usual, transparently benefiting from useful PBX features (music on hold, call transfer, corporate short dial plan access…). Your mobile phone becomes a true mobile extension and helps optimising company call costs.

  MobiQ®: the friendly interface for your mobile
MobiQ® is the new friendly user interface for your mobile. You are still using all the standard functions from your mobile phone, but in communication you benefit of the MobiQ® menu.
 
     
 

  One Number: Voice & Fax
QuesCom is the solution to deliver a One Number reach whether the user is in the office or on the road. Users receive all calls and faxes on a single number (DDI). Not only does the user receive his office calls on his mobile, but all his calls appear to originate from his desk phone. The user's physical location and mobile phone number remain private.
 
  Single voicemail system
QuesCom allows the user to benefit from a single voicemail system. All messages are now centrally managed, avoiding multiple use of voicemail systems. QuesCom delivers a standard voice mail system as well as voicemail to email capabilities.
  Cost-effective DECT alternative
As with any phone directly connected to the corporate PBX, mobile users can use short dial plan. With MobiQ® on your phone you will be able to make and receive calls not only in GSM but in VOIP as well. When you are in the office you can switch your phone to WiFi and make VOIP calls. When you travel into your international subsidiaries you avoid 100 % roaming costs. Once outside of the office WiFi coverage it will switch to GSM again and vice versa.
  Cost reduction
Thanks to the strong integration of MobiQ® and the QuesCom Mobility Appliance each mobile user has the most cost effective network to place its calls. Mobile users benefit from the cost strategy deployed at corporate level.
