Efficient Call Termination

All VoIP calls originated from your customers that are directed to the GSM network go through the MCS. Not only does the MCS choose the right gateway but also the right SIM card to terminate the call in the most efficient way. The MCS manages call routing and per call SIM selection and offer a reliable and cost effective way to manage, monitor and control the call termination solution from a centralised location.

Real-Time SIM Card Map

As the MCS shares the SIM card map with the SIM Server, it knows exactly in real-time the capacity deployed in terms of number of ports per provider. So any SIM price plan or SIM allocation capacity change will be immediately detected by the MCS which will dynamically adapt the call routing to GSM gateways to reflect this.

Billing enhancement

No need to collect Call Details Records (CDR) for each individual gateway anymore, the MCS collects the CDRs for all gateways and stores them on its hard drive disk with easy access.
