| You will join the Enterprise Indirect Sales Department. This position is focussing on pre-sales services for a better technical sales information to customers and for a better communication between sales department, product management and support.
You will be required to:
- Assist the sales representatives on architectures and technical solutions design
- Support solutions designed for customers
- Introduce pre-sales subjects during seminars or webinars
- Answer customers' and sales representatives' pre-sales questions
- Make proposals for Tenders
- Organise and showcase QuesCom products and solutions
- Follow up projects before sale
- Implement and manage customer satisfaction indicators in order to measure solutions behavior
- Write pre-sales documents in English and French
- Synthesise and formulate customers' evolution requests
- Participate to product specifications designing
- Ensure feedback and analyses to Support and Product Management
Profile:
Technical sales academic background, 3/5 year experience at Network and Telecom editors, constructors or integrators.
Fluent English is required, another foreign language is a plus.
You are a fast-learner and able to quickly understand technical issues. You like customer contact. You have listening skills. You are mobile and travelling throughout Europe is not a problem.
You have significant experience in computerised tools.
