Mit dem Diplom der Hochschule für Elektrotechnik beginnt Philippe Oros seine berufliche Karriere als Berater für zahlreiche große Unternehmen, bevor er bei der Fa. Sinfor Electronique den Posten des Geschäftsführers übernimmt. Im Anschluss gründet er die Fa. Syaptel S.A und wirkt als ihr Präsident und Geschäftsführer, bis er sie 1996, an die Interphase Corporation, Dallas TX verkauft und ihr WAN Technologies-Vize-Präsident wird. Im Jahre 1999 gründet er QuesCom.

Robert Urban graduierte von der Technischen Hochschule Karlsruhe als Wirtschaftsingenieur. Er war Mitbegründer der Dolphin Communication Technologies GmbH im Jahre 1996, die im Mai 2000 durch Cycos AG (YOS) akquiriert wurde. Bei Dolphin leitete er Vertrieb und Marketing. Innerhalb Cycos wurde er Vertriebsdirektor für den Internationalen Markt. Nachdem Siemens die Cycos im Jahre 2003 akquiriert hatte, kam er zu QuesCom , wo er wesentlich daran beteiligt war neue Vertriebsgebiete und Geschäftsgelegenheiten zu entwickeln.

Promovierter Ingenieur. Er graduierte von ENST Paris und bezog sein Executive MBA von der HEC. Alain Tassy war zuvor Marketingdirektor und Radio-Terminal-Programm-Direktor bei Alcatel, Chef-Einkäufer und Technischer Direktor bei Vodafone S.A., Technischer Director bei Uunet und schließlich Direktor Operations für MCI-Worldcom Süd-Europa.Im Jahr 2005 wurde er General-Direktor für VoIP Telecom nachdem er die Mittelbeschaffung organisierte. Bei QuesCom verantwortet er die Hardware-Entwicklung, Produktion, Einkauf und Logistik.

Earned a Master in Business Administration (ISG) studying in France, the US and Japan. Xavier is also a Certified Public Accountant. Served as a consultant and an auditor for 10 years with Big 4 international firms (Ernst & Young, and Deloitte), became an expert in financial engineering & financial planning conducting numerous M&A mid-caps transactions. Before creating its own company specialized in bringing convergence between technology and luxury brands, where he successfully developed several products for Tier 1 luxury brands (mobile phone, USB key), Xavier was a senior financial manager for multinational luxury groups (YSL, Hermès, Prada) in the US with focus and extensive exposure to high-growth & turn over situations. At QuesCom he is serving as VP Finance & Administration.

Stéphan Malric graduated in Information Management System from EISTI, majoring in computer science, management and communication skills. After starting as a software engineer, he developed expertise in telecommunication and was appointed R&D manager for Soft-Inter Technologies, a software editor company of middleware platforms for mainframe computers. He then gained valuable experience as Product Leader for an international telecom company (Landis & Gyr / IPM), where he deployed carrier grade telephony services and subsequently created his own consulting company (Smatch Telecom). Stephan Malric started at Quescom as Business Developer and Product Manager, and is now working as Vice-President of Product Management & Engineering.

Francois Maritz qualified with a diploma in Electronics and completed an apprenticeship in Electronics with Atlas Aircraft Corporation in 1984.
He joined a very successful Research and Development Company subcontracted by Armaments Corporation of South Africa (Armscor). He was very involved in designing some of the Airborne System deployed in the Rooivalk helicopter, Mirage and Cheetah fighter planes. In 1994, he created Innovations that introduced products for the fast growing GSM market. Now QuesCom SA is a worldwide vendor of GSM gateway solutions and biggest LCR vendor in South Africa.
