Broadcasting SMS Manager - ATSI
1. Who is it for?
ATSI is a QuesCom third party solution for large SMS campaign broadcasting environment.
The ATSI SMS Manager is a MS Windows client-server application providing complete desktop SMS Campaign creation management plus multilingual Unicode SMS Send and Receive management. If required the client and server can be loaded together to provide a standalone system.
The system is fully featured for sending and/or receiving SMS Messages with powerful customization features including message personalization, filtering, campaigns and auto-reply.
QuesCom gateways are fully interfaced with the product “ATSI SMS Manager”, a very successful SMS broadcasting application providing a powerful front-end to manage large SMS campaigns from various sources: Text, CSV, Excel Sheets, Phonebooks and any database queries.
ATSI SMS Manager provides also sophisticated campaign management tools and filtering possibilities. Multiple SMS Campaigns can be run simultaneously including Marketing ‘Blasts’ and/or ‘Always-On’ database campaigns for customer invoice reminders etc.
ATSI manages outgoing as well as incoming SMS.
2. Sending SMS with ATSI
Send SMSs to individuals or lists from Excel, CSV or Txt files. Users can also add recipients manually or by choosing the recipients from the internal Phonebook.
Sending features include:
- Set Start date & time for campaigns.
- Optional manual addition or correction before sending and/or number formatting.
- Normal or Flash SMS.
- Spell Check.
- Stop, pause and restart the campaign at any time without affecting completed portion.
- Campaign timings update while in progress.
- Counter for sent SMS's on the main desktop display.
Third-Party Application & Database Integration
SMS messages can also be sent by integration with existing databases to monitor and send based on external database updates by one of the following integration methods:
- Web Service (ASMX): this is a SOAP XML web service
- HTTP Web URL by passing the parameters to the URL

3. SMS Receiving with ATSI
Receiving features include flexible filters, conditions and actions to ensure incoming SMS messages are handled efficiently and automatically. SIM management ensures that received SMS once treated are removed from the SIM to allow space for new incoming SMSs.
SMS Receiving features include:
- List with all received SMS's with the sending number, date and time.
- Export Facility.
4. Campaign Reports
Both real-time and historical reporting is available to ensure complete campaign control and management. At any point a user can select campaign details for in-progress campaigns. Detailed on-screen reports are available for completed campaigns and data can also be exported to PDF or XLS formats etc.
