Management Team

Graduated from l'Ecole Supérieure d'Electricité, Philippe Oros started his career as a Consultant for several large enterprises. He then became General Manager of Sinfor Electronique. Founder of Synaptel S.A., he worked as President and General Manager until 1996, date of acquisition by Interphase Corporation, where he was appointed Vice-President of WAN Technologies. In 1999, he founded QuesCom.

Philippe graduated from the Ecole Supérieure d'Electronique de l'Ouest. After being Project Leader at Alcatel, he integrated Synaptel as a Project Leader and a Pre-Sales Manager. He then became Technical Sales Manager at Nortel Networks. At QuesCom, Philippe Bessaguet is in charge of Product Management, Software Development and Support.

Robert Urban graduated from University of Karlsruhe in Germany with a Master in Industrial Engineering. He co-founded in 1994 a value added distributor Dolphin Communication Technologies GmbH acquired by Cycos AG (YOS) in May 2000. Within Cycos he headed International Sales. He has joined QuesCom shortly after Siemens has acquired Cycos AG in 2003 and was instrumental in rapidly developing new territories and new business opportunities.

Graduated from l'Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Paris, Martine has an extensive experience in Finance, and worked for 3 years for European headquarters based in London. Prior to joining QuesCom, she was Finance Director at Kast Télécom France. At QuesCom, Martine is in charge of Finance and Human Resources.

Doctor of Engineering. He graduated from ENST Paris and obtained an Executive MBA from HEC. Alain Tassy was successively Marketing Director and Radio Terminal Programme Director at Alcatel, Purchase and Technical Director at Vodafone S.A., Technical Director at Uunet and finally Operations Director for Southern Europe at MCI-Worldcom. In 2005, he becomes General Director for VoIP Telecom after organising its fundraising. At QuesCom, he is in charge of Hardware R&D, Production, Purchase and Logistics.
